Bookings are not confirmed until complete payment and all forms have been received by Child Safety Solutions.
Please ensure all details above are accurate. In the event of an error or omission on the above form, please advise Child Safety Solutions immediately.
Whilst every effort is made to ensure you get your exact requested items, we reserve the right to substitute any similar equipment if the requested items are not available or unsuitable for the age and/or size of the child.
An additional fee will be charged if Child Safety Solutions staff are required to re-deliver equipment due to the above information on the attached booking confirmation being incorrect or incomplete or if changes to flight details are not advised.
Whilst we make every effort to ensure your child restraints are installed in your hire vehicle, we can make no guarantees. If it is not possible, your equipment will be at the booth desk with your chosen car hire company.
Please be advised that in the absence of a signature, and email confirming an agreement to be supplied with equipment form Child Safety Solutions will be deemed to be a binding contract, and will be subject to the terms and conditions of hiring equipment.
Cancellations must be received in writing via email. Cancellations with more than 7 days price to hire start date will receive a full refund. If notified of a cancellation between 3-7 days prior to hire start date the customer will receive a 50% refund only. Cancellations less than 3 days prior to the hire start date will not receive a refund.
Changes to your booking
Please ensure you advise Child Safety Solutions of any changes to your flight times or car rental details.
Prams and Strollers are not under any circumstances to be taken near sand. An excess cleaning fee will be charged if the equipment has been taken onto the sand.
All hire equipment is to be returned in good clean, working condition. Whilst we are understanding of the messes children make, if equipment is returned in a condition that requires more cleaning the usual, an additional cleaning fee may apply.
Non- return, late return or return of damaged equipment may result in an additional change to the customer to cover the cost and/or damages as seen fit.
